Nikki’s Green Refreshing Shake

Ingredients


Silk Milk - 8 oz cup

Frozen Dole Fruit Mix ( Strawberry, banana, blueberry) - 1 cup

Dole peaches - 4oz

Quick Oats - ½ cup

Spinach 1-2 bunches

Kale 1 bunch ( Optional )

Organic Protein shake( optional )


Directions: Add into your blender or mixer 8 oz cups of milk. Then add spinach, kale and quick oats. Lastly, add the fruit and protein shake. Mix until blended together and it looks smooth.
