W.I.M.L.D. -Terms and Conditions/Liability Waives /Activity Release Form

1. Under the consideration of being allowed to participate in the training activities of Nicole West/School of Mantles/Why I Move Liturgical Dance/ B.A.L.A.N.C.E. and all of its programs included. This also includes use of facilities, equipment, and services in-person/online, in addition to the payment fee of any charge, I do hereby forever waive, release and discharge Nicole West and Why I Move Liturgical Dance its officers, agents, employees, representatives, executors, and all others acting on their behalf from any and all claims or liabilities for injuries or damages to my person and or/property, including those caused by the negligent act or omission of any of those mentioned or other acting on their behalf, arising out of or connected with my participation in any activities, programs , classes, courses, workshop and or services of Nicole West and Why I Move Liturgical Dance the use of any equipment at various sites, including home, provided by and/or recommended by Nicole West ,School of Mantles/Why I Move Liturgical Dance/ B.A.L.A.N.C.E.

 2. I have been informed of, understand and am aware that dance, strength, flexibility and aerobic exercise, including the use of equipment, are potentially hazardous activities. I also have been informed of, understand and am aware that fitness activities involve a risk of injury, including a remote risk of death or serious disability, and that I am voluntarily participating in these activities and using equipment and machinery with full knowledge, understanding and appreciation of the damages involved. I hereby agree to expressly assume and accept any and all risk of injury or death.

 3. I do hereby further decree myself to be physically sound and suffering from no condition, impairment, disease, infirmity or other illness that would prevent my participation in these activities or use of equipment or machinery. I do hereby acknowledge that I have been informed of the need for a physician’s approval for my participation in the exercise, dance, activities, programs, and use of exercise equipment. I also acknowledge that I am a born women 18 years or older. I also acknowledge it has been recommended that I have a yearly or more frequent physical examination and consultation with my physicians as to physical activity, exercise, and the use of exercise and dance equipment. I acknowledge that I have either had a physical examination and have been given my physician’s permission to participate or I have decided to participate in the exercise activities, programs, and use of equipment without the approval of my physician and do hereby assume all responsibility for my participation in said activities, programs and use of equipment.

4. I understand that Nicole West, School of Mantles/Why I Move Liturgical Dance/ B.A.L.A.N.C.E. and its programs, in providing and maintaining an exercise/dance/fitness/bible study/online course programs for me, do not constitute an acknowledgement, representation, or indication of my physiological well­being or a medical opinion relating thereto.

Return and Refund Policy:

We do not refund or exchange on any Why I Move Liturgical dance classes, courses, products or services. 

 

5. I do hereby acknowledge and understand Nicole West, School of Mantles/Why I Move Liturgical Dance and B.A.L.A.N.C.E. standard policies regarding refunds: All sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges.

 

6.The School of Mantles/ Why I Move Liturgical Dance and B.A.L.A.N.C.E. 'S policy indicates that fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. This means that once any payment has been made, fees cannot be reimbursed or applied to other purposes, regardless of graduation status, payment completion, or attendance at the ceremony. Additionally, all videos, teachings, and e-books are copyrighted and cannot be reproduced at any time.

Nicole West and Why I Move Liturgical Dance reserves the right to record, take pictures, and videos, and collect testimonies from participants as it relates to the building up and marketing of the ministry.

7.Here at the School of Mantles, we honor and fear God, respecting ourselves and each other's boundaries. This is a community of women who love God and each other deeply. We uphold a standard of conduct that reflects our faith and values. While we acknowledge that none of us are perfect, we strive to walk progressively in accordance with Galatians 5:22-23, embodying integrity and truth in all our interactions.

We teach biblical foundation, mantles/garments and liturgical dance movement to empower women holistically. Just as each of us has unique fingerprints, we believe that every woman is anointed to authentically express herself as God created her. Our approach goes beyond dance—it's a lifestyle that includes emotional health and spiritual well-being.

Within our community, we openly discuss heart issues and support one another in faith, hope, love, and fellowship. We maintain a commitment to using language that builds up and encourages, avoiding harsh words and negativity.

These principles guide us in creating a safe and nurturing environment where each woman can flourish spiritually and creatively.

The School of Mantles/Why I Move Liturgical Dance and B.A.L.A.N.C.E. reserve the right to terminate or withdraw any student who does not adhere to our values, policies, and protocols, as set forth by the founder, instructor, and director, Nicole West. Each student must maintain good standing in the academy and exhibit appropriate behavior in order to graduate."

This effectively communicates the school's policies regarding student conduct and expectations.

SCHOOL OF MANTLES:

FULL and PARTIAL PAYMENT

Term/Fee and conditions- Payment plans are based on the registration, full tuition price, graduation dues which is $1,155.

 

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Once you make the first monthly payment, the method you use at checkout will automatically be charged on the same day each month for $165, totaling 7 payments over the course of 7 months.

If we have not received your tuition payment in full or via the 7-month installment plan by the end of February 2025, you will not have access to the class and will not be eligible to receive a certificate of completion.

Please note, there are no refunds, exchanges, or transfers. All sales are final.
